My training
I work with an integrative approach which utilises my core training in Relational Transactional Analysis Psychotherapy at master’s level, and Integrative Counselling training at diploma level. An integrative approach allows me flexibility in how I might adapt how we work so that it best serves you.
I work with a range of clients some of whom are neurodiverse, from different backgrounds, different cultures and I have experience working with people with a military background.
I have completed 3 years of counselling training at level 5, and I am currently in my 5th year of advanced clinical psychotherapy training. I am a registered trainee (2011187680) with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and hold memberships with the United Kingdom Association of Transactional Analysis, the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA), European Association of Transactional Analysis (EATA), International Transactional Analysis Association (ITAA).
I have been in practice since 2021 and have previously volunteered for 3 years at a low-cost counselling service in Exeter. I work with individuals and groups who are over 18. Unfortunately, I do not work with couples.
