My Practice
I have a comfortable, private, light and airy therapy room from which we can work. In addition, I have an outdoor space and private access to the surrounding landscape for clinical work outside of the therapy room.
I offer a confidential, supportive and non-judgemental space for you to talk about what is happening for you.
I work with a range of issues such as anxiety, relationship breakdown, trauma, stress, eating disorders, depression, low confidence or self-esteem. This is not an exhaustive list so please get in touch if you want to talk about what is impacting you.
My offices are accessible for those who may have mobility challenges, with bathroom facilities and parking.
I currently have availability to offer short term counselling and longer-term psychotherapy, face to face in my therapy room or online via Zoom.

What next?
You can get in touch with me via the contact form on this website or by emailing me at ehayestherapy@outlook.com
We would arrange a mutually convenient time for us to have a brief phone call to talk about working together and to arrange an initial session. During the initial session we will talk about what brings you to therapy at this time and for you to ask any questions about how we might work. If we both feel we can continue working together we will agree when we meet for sessions, usually these will be at the same time on the same day every week.
Appointments
Fees are £50 per clinical hour. I have some concessionary availability for those who may not ordinarily be able to afford therapy.
