Confidentiality

Our sessions are confidential, within certain limits. I speak about my work with supervisors, with whom I also have a confidential relationship.

Ethics

I am Registered with the UK Council for Psychotherapy as a Trainee Psychotherapist and work within their Code of Ethics and Professional Practice (2019). My membership number is 2011187680. I am also a member of the United Kingdom Association of Transactional Analysis, the International Association of Relational Transactional Analysis (IARTA), International Association of Transactional Analysis (ITAA) and the European Association for Transactional Analysis (EATA).

My processing of your data

Your data is information you have provided me by contacting me via a website, by email, by phone, or information I requested in an initial session. I am registered with the Information Commissioners Office as a ‘processor’ of data. My registration reference is ZB834540.

I store that information securely and make every effort to keep all information confidential (anonymised, paper records are locked away & your contact details are password protected).

I use your contact details to provide you with information on accessing sessions and if necessary to let you know at short notice about changes in my availability.

Your rights

You are entitled to request to view, amend, or delete your personal data (i.e. contact details) that I hold. I must respond to such a request within one month.
